The Pioneers have been away from campus for almost a month now and are in the thick of summer training! Our training program includes lifting, agility work, aerobic conditioning, as well as skill specific training (LOTS OF SHOOTING!)

This video includes a demonstration of all our summer lifts. We put this together each year so our athletes can reference it during their time away from campus. We are most concerned with proper form and technique. Once we have mastered the lift, we then shift to increasing weight and explosiveness.
You'll see Michelle Briggs and Tolu Alabi, both juniors, demonstrating the lifts.
