AND 1's



The Pioneers hit the gym today for their first post-season weight workout. Over the weekend they learned the lift from Coach Jason Martinez, our strength and conditioning coach. We are focusing on core strength, stability and control, and body weight exercises for the first phase of our post-season/off-season program.

We are working on core stability and body control to improve our ability to absorb contact on the court. We want more "and 1's" next year!
