Stronger

Yesterday we began our post season workouts. Our top priority as a team is to get stronger and quicker. Our strength coach has put together a fantastic weight program that will include plyometrics, core lifts, as well as some olympic lifts. We are focusing on body control and explosiveness.
The athletes have also been playing pick up and are going to enter a team into our intramural league.

Champions are made in the off-season. We are off to a good start.
